If you're flying in, Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is the airport to aim for!  
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. You can use the link below to book at a reduced rate of $159 (please note that parking and breakfast are not included). Be sure to book by July 18 for the discounted rate. 

You can also find lots of other options of hotels and Air BnBs around the city. We recommend staying in the Crossroads, Midtown/39th Street, Overland Park, or Country Club Plaza areas. There is some public transportation, but unfortunately Kansas City is rather car dependent, so if you don't want to rent a car, staying near the Plaza, Crossroads, or Downtown is probably best, as there are many restaurants, bars, and sights to walk to in those neighborhoods.
