We're investing in carbon capture & removal
We’re offsetting the carbon footprint of your travel to and from the wedding. No matter how you arrive, rest assured that we’re taking care of the planet every step of the way.
We're aiming to divert 90% of waste from landfills!
We've partnered with a super cool sustainability firm called Skrap (Svetlana previously worked here!) to help us keep waste away from landfills & transform it into useful resources. You can do your bit by segregating your waste at the venue.
We're running a food sharing initiative
We believe that food belongs in the belly, not the bin. That’s why any surplus from our wedding will be shared with local communities or charities, ensuring that it reaches those in need.
All food scraps will be converted into compost
Food scraps such as fruit & veggie peels will be composted into fertilizer for local farms or converted into biogas to generate renewable energy.
We're breaking up with plastic
We're working to keep our wedding free of single-use plastics. From bamboo straws to reusable drinkware and biodegradable confetti, we’ve made provisions to ensure that our celebration leaves no trash, and only beautiful memories behind.
We're investing in ocean-bound plastic recovery
Through rePurpose Global, (Svetlana currently works here!), we’re supporting a local project called - Saaf Samudra - that's dedicated to protecting Goa’s beautiful coastline from plastic pollution. By doing this, we’re helping to preserve the natural beauty of our wedding location for future generations.
We're incorporating eco-friendly materials
Our decorations are made from reusable, biodegradable, or recycled materials. What’s more, everything will be repurposed or donated after the event, leaving no trace behind.
We encourage you to travel consciously
We request our guests to choose the most sustainable travel options and ditch disposable plastics (single use toiletries, plastic water bottles, cutlery etc) . Your choices make a difference, and we’re here to support you.
