We went to middle school and high school together. Freshman year of high school, we had English class together & we started getting to know each other. We hung out during the summer that year with groups of friends, & feelings started developing. During the beginning of sophomore year, Jacob asked Kaylee to be his girlfriend. 9 years of countless memories, and here we are! We grew up together, and now we can't wait to grow old together.

In June of 2024 we moved into our first home together, & also brought home our furry son Archie! Kaylee was certain she would know when Jacob was going to propose but boy was she in for a surprise! On July 19, 2024, both of our parents came over for a cookout and to see Archie because they missed him (even though both families live less than a mile away lol). We were standing in the backyard talking when Archie came out with a box on his collar & Jacob's mom played "Could I Have This Dance". Jacob took the box & got down on one knee and proposed! It was a perfect moment with some of our most favorite people!
