What will the weather be like?

Most of us live in Florida, so we know how the weather can be. We're hoping for a cool, fall day, but it is entirely possible that it will be warm.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking in front of the club house! Make sure you have your ID ready to enter the main gate.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal, cocktail attire. No jeans, shorts, flip flops, crocs, baseball hats, or the color white. Beware of stiletto heels! The ceremony is taking place outdoors, and there are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you might have to walk in. We don't want anyone ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, under the beautiful large oak trees, but our reception will be in the ballroom of the club house. Yay, air conditioning!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. However, we would love for you to take photos of the reception and share them!

Should I consider transportation?

Answer

We will be having an open bar at the event, so you might want to consider getting an Uber or taxi! We are also looking into a shuttle for guests that choose to stay at the Holiday Inn at the Forum (we have a room code)!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:30PM, and the ceremony will start at 5:00PM sharp.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Holiday Inn at the Forum! Follow the link on our website (under the “Travel” tab) to make your reservation and you will be given a special rate. Please let us know if you have any troubles, as we can always add in more rooms.
