Our wedding will take place on Friday, July 10, 2026, at The Pavilion at Washington Township Park in Avon, Indiana. đź“Ť Address: 435 Whipple Ln, Avon, IN 46123 The ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM, followed by the indoor reception at the same location.
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors inside The Pavilion. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ceremony indoors so everyone stays comfortable.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 so please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time to park, find your seat, and get settled!
There’s plenty of free parking available right next to The Pavilion. Signs will direct you where to go once you enter Washington Township Park.
During cocktail hour, we’ll have light refreshments, followed by a pizza dinner inside The Pavilion. There will also be desserts to enjoy later in the evening!
We’ll be serving cold water, lemonade, and sweet tea throughout the evening — no alcohol will be served.
Yes! We’re not doing an unplugged ceremony — you’re welcome to take and share photos throughout the day. Just be mindful not to block the photographer during key moments. Feel free to tag us in your posts on Instagram!
Our ceremony will be outdoors in July, so dress for the weather! Think comfortable and casual, but still celebration-ready—whatever makes you feel good and look your best.
