We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton for a discounted rate of $149 a night. The dates that rooms are being held on are from Thursday, 10/18 through Sunday, 10/21. Please book your rooms no later than SEPTEMBER 7TH as any rooms not booked will be released to the public. Transportation will be provided to the venue and back. Please be at the hotel by 4:00 in order to be guaranteed transportation. The shuttle will be making two trips, 4:30PM and 5:00PM. The shuttle only holds 40 people so please plan accordingly, we do not want everyone trying to make the 5PM! Thanks!
