As most of you know, Simon and I stay at DisneyWorld every 4th of July and every New Years Eve to watch the fireworks, regardless that we live local. The week between Christmas and New Years we flew to Ohio to visit Simon's three boys with the intent to fly back to Orlando and go straight to Disney. Simon forgot his book bag that week and insisted on going back home to get it before starting our annual Disney vacation because his cast ID was in his bag. I, personally, didn't feel a cast discount was worth fighting three hours of I-4 traffic for (if you know, you know) but I kept my mouth shut and we drove all the way home and all the way back to Disney. Little did I know the engagement ring was also in said book bag. On New Years Eve we went to Epcot. We walked, we danced, we watched fireworks at midnight. I was ready to walk back to our resort but Simon suggested we try to ride Guardians one more time before the park closed at 1 am. What girl would say no to that?! We got lucky and was able to walk right on Guardians! I was REALLY ready to leave after that. He then suggested we ride Mission Space "quickly before the park closes". For those of you that don't know, Mission Space is a g-force ride that we rarely ride. It is a simulator that uses g-force to make you feel like you are rocketing into space. It is also the ride that we were standing in line for when he convinced me that we should be together six years ago. We (I reluctantly) walked to Mission Space. He asked me to marry him in front of Earth before entering the building. I said yes!
