Can I bring a date?

If you did not have a plus one listed on your invitation please contact me by email to see if we can accommodate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children are listed on the invitation then yes of course they are invited. If they are not listed please contact me by email to see if we can accommodate them.

Question

Will there be an open bar or a cash bar?

Answer

Technically it is an open bar. We will be serving beer, wine, sweet tea, lemonade and water. Once we have made our selections for the alcohol I will post them here. If you wish to have hard liquor or something other than what we are serving as far as the alcohol is concerned you are more than welcome to bring whatever you like. You will have to give it to our bartenders to serve who will tag them with your names and only serve to you and who you choose to share with. If you want specific mixers with your hard liquor you will have to provide that yourself as well. If you plan to do this please arrive at least 45 min prior to the ceremony start time to get everything squared away with the bartenders and our wedding coordinator will direct you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes when you RSVP there will be an option to provide any special needs for food allergies and intolerances. If you have any concerns please reach out to me by email.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no more than 45-30 min and no less than 15 min before the ceremony start time listed on the invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation to and from the hotels. However, the hotels we have selected are no more than 30 min from the venue. If you have concerns about driving back to your hotel after the reception, you are more than welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight. We just ask that you pick up your vehicle before 11 am on Sunday.

Is there any ridesharing in the area?

Answer

Lyft is available and can cost between $12 to $40 depending on where you are staying and what size vehicle you need. Uber is available and can cost between $12 to $30 depending on where you are staying and what size vehicle you need.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Ladies: The ceremony site is in grass so my suggestion would be not to wear stilettos or anything with a pointy heel unless you have those plastic/rubber ends on them for stability. There is a possibility of it getting chilly after the sun goes down so I would suggest bringing a shawl or sweater. There is a fire pit in the cocktail area that will be lit after dinner and the ceremony site has a fireplace that will also be lit after dinner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking area is not paved, it is in a field. If you need to be dropped off closer to the ceremony site please let us know beforehand so we can give you directions and make arrangements to park your vehicle.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon and Target. However, we would prefer a contribution to our honeymoon fund. Every little bit helps.

What is the timeline/what time do we leave?

Answer

Everyone has to be off property by 11pm and music will be off by 10:30pm. We will be doing a send off with sparklers at 9:30pm so anyone who wants to leave after that is welcome to. Sean and I will be staying on property after the ceremony so we aren't actually leaving.
