Question

Will there be food?

Answer

While we're not planning a traditional dinner-party style reception, delicious food will be provided throughout the night, so there's no need to eat beforehand!

Is the event really outdoors?

Answer

Our beautiful venue is a home built in 1906, and while not big enough to hold our reception, it houses the desserts, bar and restrooms in the air conditioned space. The reception will happen in the beautiful outdoor patio, surrounded by plants, under the art-nouveau inspired glass canopy. Fans will be available to provide a cool breeze, but be sure to wear light clothing. Question

No ceremony... so are you actually getting married?

Answer

Yes! We are having a simple city hall wedding to make things official a week before the reception. We decided we'd prefer to have a fun celebration with family and friends rather than do the whole walk down the aisle thing.

Are pets welcome?

Answer

While we're keeping it fun and informal, pets are not allowed. Please keep your furry friends at home, although you are welcome to bring a picture of them!

Can we dress as Tarzan and Jane?

Answer

Hey, if you're up to it, go ahead! Just make sure to keep it classy and PG. The same does NOT apply to animal onesies. Please do not wear those.
