Excited to Share our Joy

James and I joined the same martial arts class in 2012 on the same day in New Castle, CO. He had studied other forms of martial arts and had lots of experience even though he was starting out as a beginner. I was brand new and didn't have any experience so it was odd starting with someone who had done martial arts before. Lucky for me he was willing to help and I got better at martial arts over time. During class we would giggle as we were learning new techniques and were often separated because we were not focused on the class. James said he wasn't interested in dating anyone so I put him in the brother category and went on with life. We would go out to the movies from time to time as friends. Little did I know he was watching me to see if I would be different from the other girls he had dated. As for me I didn't get a clue until June 2014 when I was selling my house and getting ready to move to North Carolina. James finally says he wants to date and I am like are you CRAZY! I am getting ready to move. Then he dropped a bigger surprise and said what if I move with you. Oh My now what do I do with this guy who has been my friend for 2 years and I enjoy spending time with him. So I took a leap of faith and we began our journey of life.
