Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless it was specifically indicated on your envelope, we cannot accommodate plus ones

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at our wedding

Are there any wedding events taking place on Friday or Sunday?

Answer

No larger group events will be taking place outside of the ceremony and reception on Saturday

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire preferred

Is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors with access to the venue’s outdoor patio area

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please call the Best Western Plus in Kingston, NY at (845) 338-0400 and provide the name of the event (Gardner-Perlov Wedding). Please book by September 24th at the latest

Do I have to stay at the hotel listed?

Answer

No! Feel free to stay anywhere that suits your needs. Woodstock has several smaller inns and bed & breakfasts available. Please keep in mind that hotels in the Catskills fill up quickly in the fall season

What is the address of the venue?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Colony Woodstock, located at 22 Rock City Road, Woodstock NY 12498. Please type this address into your navigation app of choice

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Please check back later for exact departure times to and from Colony. If you miss the shuttle, Lyfts and Ubers are readily available in the area, and our venue offers free parking

Is there free parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Colony has a parking lot directly across Rock City Road from the venue

How long will the cocktail hour and reception last?

Answer

Our cocktail hour is scheduled from 6:00-7:00pm, followed by dinner/reception at 7:00pm. The party will wrap up at about 11:00pm
