Best friend and little sister to the bride. Salome has been the first or second person that Suzanne would call when she had a problem or needed someone to talk to. Salome has also been helping plan and assemble different parts of the wedding.

High school friend, and college roommate while in school at La Crosse for the groom. Eric is also known as Towny. Towny has joined the bride and groom for board game nights, beer and movie festivals and dungeons and dragon campaigns.

Chelsea Carpenter

Although Suzanne has only known Chelsea for a few short years, she and her husband David have become great friends with Simon and Suzanne. Chelsea is not only Suzanne’s boss at her part time job, but also joins the bride and groom in concerts, movies, board games, escape rooms and other experiences in Milwaukee.

David Carpenter

Groomsman

Simon and David met while working at Potbelly’s Sandwich shop. The two quickly hit it off and started to play board games and see movies together. David has joined in several different activities with the bride and groom in the recent years. David, along with his wife, have also become the go to cat babysitters for both Tex and Chimaera.

Mandy Rieck

Suzanne and Mandy met their first year at Winona State. Learning that both were from a similar area in Wisconsin, used to play soccer and had other interests in common, they became quick friends. The two spent a lot of time together in college living together for 3 years in the dorms together. Once they both received jobs after college they moved in together in Franklin, where they lived together for 3 more years. Once Simon moved in , Mandy didn’t move very far. First moving across the lawn, then moving down the street.

Scott Wenzel

The older of Simon’s two stepbrothers, Scott has joined in with different activities throughout the years together and was asked to create the save the date and invitations for all the wedding events.

Simon and Suzanne have known Pat for most of their lives. Pat was involved in band, classes and drama with both the bride and groom. In the years since graduating, Pat has joined the bride and groom in online gaming, tabletop gaming, dungeons and dragons campaigns, and general geeky activities. When planning the wedding, Simon and Suzanne couldn’t think of anyone better to unite them as husband and wife.
