Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP by May 1st, 2026. You can RSVP on the website or there will be a QR code on the RSVP card you will receive with your invitation. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending.' We would love to celebrate with you; however, we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please choose 'Will NOT attend" on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd 'Attending,' but find that you are no longer able to make it, please notify use as soon as you are aware.

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 at Brindare Napa Valley.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 4:30 PM. We ask that everyone arrives no later than 4:00 PM so that we may start on time.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors at the same venue.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expect warm days with temperatures in the high-70s, cooling down to comfortable evenings in the mid-50s.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly request that guests wear cocktail attire for our celebration.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We kindly request that no extra guests nor plus ones at our wedding. Only those named on your invitation are invited to help us create an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we would love to have your children celebrate with us, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be transportation from the hotel to the venue.
