FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 26th. You can RSVP on the website (click the RSVP tab) or there will be a QR code on the back of your invitation. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot except late RSVPs.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed with your name when you RSVP through our website. Thank you for understanding ♡

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We’re planning a night to remember and would love for you to enjoy it kid-free! We encourage you to use this evening as a ‘night out’ for yourselves. While we kindly request no children, we completely understand if little ones need to attend. If this wasn’t addressed on your invitation, please don’t hesitate to let the bride or groom know.

Question

Did someone say bar?

Answer

Yes there is an open bar! There will be signature drinks, wine, and beer during the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception! Last call will be at 10 PM. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Question

Is there lodging at the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not offer overnight accommodations. However, there are a handful of resorts nearby that do accept summer reservations. *Please note that since our wedding falls over a holiday weekend in Utah, rooms may be in high demand, so we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your stay.

Question

Dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly request at least business casual dress code.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, for a beautiful and scenic experience. Afterward, there is the option to be indoors or outdoors for the cocktail hour & reception!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. The photographer will provide a few ceremony photos 24-48 hours after our big day and we will share those with you! Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For those attending the ceremony, please arrive 30 minutes before we begin. This will give you plenty of time to park and find a seat!
