Yes, we do! Yes, we will! However, we understand apprehension to attend an event. If you cannot attend, please let us know. We respect your choice and appreciate you. Our first priority is for everyone to be safe and comfortable. If you need to pass on attending, while we hate to not have you there, we absolutely respect that. Please remain patient and empathetic with us through this process. We have never planned a wedding in a pandemic before, and want to make this the best, but safest event! We appreciate you and can’t wait to finally celebrate with you!
New York City was devastated by COVID-19, and in turn, we have strict guidelines. Brooklyn Winery will uphold all attendees to have a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the wedding (as of Feb 2021). If you are traveling from out of state, please refer to https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/covid-19-travel-advisory for a complete list of current guidelines and restrictions. They are subject to loosen as it gets warmer, but we encourage you to prepare for the unexpected. Thank you!
Great question. Each guest must have a negative covid-19 test within 72 hours of the event (New time: April 24 @ 5:30 pm). **VACCINATED GUESTS NEED PROOF OF VACCINATION ** The NYC Department of Health requires you to provide your phone number, birthdate, and email to Bk winery prior to the event (you may do so through me) in case they need to reach you regarding any outbreak, etc. Staff will all be masked at all times. Guests must wear a mask when they are not eating/drinking. There will be about 60 guests or less total. If you do wear a mask, you will be reminded to put your mask on by staff. If you cannot or will not comply to these guidelines, we kindly ask you not to attend. You will not be allowed in the venue, and you likely wouldn’t enjoy yourself if these rules aren’t your thing. We want everyone to feel comfortable, be safe, and to follow the rules. No exceptions. Thank you so much!
