Where should we park?

Answer

Beach Club Parking (40 spaces) Scott Road Beach Access Parking lot (must move all cars by midnight). A Shuttle will run from the Ritz to Scott Road and to The Beach Club and back. There are 40 spaces at the Beach Club 5000 Summer Beach Blvd. If those spaces are full we have been approved to allow guests to park at the Scott Road Beach Access which is just North of Summer Beach Village on the Amelia Island Parkway.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by February 10th but if you can also shoot Brett or Suzannah a text or message to let us know if you can make it by the 12th please.

Are you registered? Where?

In Columbia, we are registered at Non(e)Such (803)-254-0772 www.nonesuchltd.com and Cottage and Vine (803)-787-7985). You can call either of these stores and the lovely ladies can guide you. We are also registered at My Registry, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Amazon and links are here on the website. Suzannah chose the Colorado pattern by Gien and June Lane by Kate Spade, both of these are only available via Replacements.com. Any gifts can be brought to the wedding, given to Suzannah's parents in Columbia, or mailed to our Amelia Island address: 4987 Summer Beach Blvd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034.

What time should I arrive at the party?

Answer

This party starts at 6:00 pm but if you happen to arrive a bit early I am sure the staff will be happy to receive you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think resort casual, you can be dressed up, or in a polo and jeans. This is a more relaxed fun party, be sure to wear your dancing shoes and dress for the weather. We will have heaters and a fire pit in case of chilly weather. The bride and groom will probably still be in wedding attire.

Is there parking for the party?

There are 40 spaces to park at the Beach Club, we are working on an alternative location for cars to park and will update the website when we get some solid answers. We have a shuttle and at this point, we have put in a request with the county to have guests park at the Scott Road beach access just adjacent to Summer Beach Village and our other idea is the Harris Teeter Parking lot. We will keep you updated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the After Party?

Yes, we have Barr's Transportation that will be shuttling guests back and forth to the after-party and hotels.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The Ritz-Carlton has valet parking, there is no self-parking and there will be no charge to you but the valet staff would love a tip!
