St. Louis Lambert International Airport is a great little airport, and close to just about everything. We fly Southwest because they offer a ton of direct flights from Baltimore.

Rental Car

Lyft might work to get to and fro, but if you're hoping to sight see this weekend, a car rental might be a better bet (as that's the only way to really get around in this area).

Drury Plaza Hotel

We've booked a hotel block at the Drury Plaza. This hotel is a short drive from St. Charles Main Street and is located in its own small plaza of restaurants. Drury Hotels include free hot breakfast and a free 5:30 "kickback" (read: snacks and booze). Please make your reservation by July 25 to receive the group rate.

Tru by Hilton St. Charles St. Louis

While we don't have a block reserved at the Tru by Hilton hotel, it's conveniently located in the same plaza as the Drury, where some of our guests will be staying. Scott would like to recommend getting taquitos from the QT, which is conveniently located next to the hotel. If taquitos aren't your thing, it looks like they also do a continental breakfast.

AirBnb

We love AirBnb for travel, and there are quite a few good options in and around St. Charles. If you go the rental route, we recommend looking for a place in St. Charles (rather than St. Louis, which is a farther drive). Our venue is in Cottleville, so stick to the west side of the Missouri river for a place that's convenient to both.
