Our Story

We met as student-athletes (Kennet played baseball, and Sutton swam) during our sophomore year at The University of Nebraska (UNL).

We graduated in 2021!

We found our best girl, Mrs. Cow, a few days after graduation.

Here we are at the lake!

We moved to Atlanta for one year after graduating from UNL.

We visited the Atlanta aquarium!

… and the Biltmore!

We moved back to Omaha, NE in 2022 for school. Kennet is finishing medical school and will begin his residency in psychiatry in the summer of 2026. Sutton is in a School Psychology PhD program at UNL.

We visited the Sorenson's Minnesota lake house again!

We became engaged in June 2024. Mrs. Cow carried the ring to me.

We lost our girl, Mrs. Cow, August 2024.

She's the sweetest girl!

Life in Omaha!

One of our hobbies is rescuing stray kittens.

We rescued our new little guy, Sir Binky Bonk, October 2024.

… and have been loving life with him!

We have been rescuing a lot of kittens in between time studying and dissertation writing!
