Best Woman
Kelyn is Sutton's older sister. They have been best friends since birth, even though Kelyn could really push Sutton's buttons-and still can! They share a love of animals, true crime podcasts/shows, Hanson (MMMBop for ever), and travel. Kelyn has been and always will be Sutton's Best Woman.
Best Woman
Margaret has been Ben's best friend since a high school cross-country trip to Colorado. They love playing cribbage, hanging out with each other's families, and visiting each other in whatever city they're in.
Best Person (Sutton)
Jen was Sutton's mentor, professor, and champion at the University of Wyoming. They have formed a wonderful friendship through hours of dance rehearsals, dance science research studies, and traveling to various cities to explore dance and the world.
Best Person (Ben)
Ben's good friend since sophomore year at Northwestern. A friendship built on playing Halo, working out, climbing, and great conversations.
Best Person (Sutton)
Hailey and Sutton immediately became great friends during their MSc course in London, and have remained close despite the border between them. They explored London together and cheered each other on while completing their theses. Work smarter, not harder.
Best Person (Ben)
Ben's friend since elementary school in Minneapolis, Erik and Ben have spent many hours playing frisbee in parks, doing History Day projects, and playing tons and tons of board games.
Best Person (Sutton)
John grew up next door to Sutton and they have a sibling-like friendship. Their families have become more than just neighbors and have shared many holidays and happy memories together.
Best Person (Ben)
Friends whose paths have crossed many ways - same dorm freshman year at Northwestern, same major, moving to Denver, working at KPMG, skiing, and last but certainly not least - visiting wolves.
Mother of the Bride
Sutton and her mom have a uniquely 'them' relationship. They get each other's idiosyncrasies, support each other, challenge one another, and can throw a hell of a party together!
Mother of the Groom
Ben loves his mom for her intense combination of strength, empathy, humor, and love. He still enjoys telling people that his mom used to drive around with a bullet in her car because of her training with the police as a therapist.
Father of the Bride
Sutton's dad took her to and from many dance classes and has always been a great Cowboy football watch buddy. Sutton is grateful for her dad's support and cheering her on during life's challenges.
Father of the Groom
Ben loves his dad for his combination of rational and creative thinking, and constant willingness to help wherever needed. Ben still thinks it's the coolest to describe how his dad went from professional chef, to IT guru, to investment banker, to neon and metal artist, to stock trader - what a renaissance man!
