FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

If you didn't already know, we aren't very fancy. You may wear any attire from casual to semi-formal to cocktail - just pick something you can dance in!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Ceremony - There is a small parking lot beside the church. We ask that the first few spots be reserved for elderly and handicapped guests. There is also a large gravel lot adjacent to the church for overflow parking. Reception - There are two parking lots on either side of the building. Again, we ask that the spots closest to the door be reserved for elderly and handicapped guests.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We politely, but firmly, ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. Please keep your phones/devices on silent and be present with us. The ceremony will be professionally photographed, and we will share the footage with you after the wedding! As for the reception - click away! We'd love for you to use our hashtag #SuttonToBelieveIn to share your memories of our special day!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure that COVID-19 restrictions are followed, we request that you do not bring a guest unless your invitation states otherwise.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Again, to follow COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that you do not bring your children unless they were listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! Free alcohol is the best way to celebrate! Remember to tip your bartenders(:

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can respond on this website by clicking on the RSVP tab. You may also RSVP by contacting Jessica at (814) 505-3054.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We will make sure you have a good meal to eat! Please inform Jessica of your restrictions by April 17th by calling or texting (814) 505-3054.

Question

Is there lodging for after the reception?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Quality Inn in Ebensburg. Please see the tab labeled "Accommodations" for details.

Question

What should I do after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be roughly 2-2.5 hours of downtime before the reception starts. Depending on the weather, you can check out the lake at Prince Gallitzin State Park (15 mins) or Mount Assisi Gardens in Loretto (12 mins). There are also a few bars in the area - please drink responsibly, have a designated driver, and remember that it's a holiday weekend!
