Do we need to rent a car?

Answer

Yes, anyone flying into Colorado will need to rent a car. It's about 2.5 (Colorado Springs) or 3 (Denver) hours from the nearest airports.

Do we have to stay at Deer Valley Ranch?

Answer

No, even though we'd love to have everyone close and together, you may stay in the near-by town Buena Vista if you'd like. It's only a 20 minutes drive.

Do we stay the week, or just weekend?

Answer

You can do either. We plan on staying the week of the wedding at Deer Valley Ranch, so guests can also stay the week if they'd like. We hope it can be a fun vacation as well as our wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but no, this will be an adult only event. Unless they are part of the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Everything is on-site, walkable, but there will be a van transporting guests to the ceremony spot then to reception if you don't want to walk. If you choose to stay off-site, there will be no shuttles.

Can I bring a date?

We would prefer to have a smaller, more personal wedding so please ask, don't assume you have a plus one.
