Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

This is the closest airport to the venue. A quick 25 min taxi/uber ride will get you to the venue and surrounding hotels. Other airport options farther away in New York City include John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Please note traffic to and from these airports will be heavy so please plan accordingly.

Courtyard by Marriott West Orange

We have rooms blocked at the Courtyard Marriott! Please book through "view" button below to receive our special rate. Note last date this rate is available is 4/21/18 so please book ahead of time. There is a limited number of rooms set aside for the block - once they run out, please feel free to book with the hotel separately. Shuttle transportation will be provided between the hotel and venue. Shuttle pick-up on May 12 will be 4:40pm from hotel to venue and return at 11pm. Uber/Lyft are also great options.

Guests Traveling from NYC

For guests commuting from New York City, the easiest way to get to the venue/nearby hotels is to take the NJ transit from Penn Station to Orange Station in NJ and then take a quick 5min Uber/Lyft ride to the venue area.
