What time should I be there?

Answer

Guests should start arriving around 3:30PM. Traffic can be unpredictable, so plan accordingly. Ceremony will start at 4PM.

What is the dress code?

Please dress semi-formal or "dressy casual". We also anticipate warm, but not hot weather, so bringing layers is recommended.

How long is the event?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM, and should be about 40 minutes. Cocktail hour and reception will follow, and dancing will wrap up around 9:30PM.

What will parking be like?

Answer

Nestldown has one parking lot with 60 guest spaces. Parking is free. If possible, we suggest that you carpool.

Please RSVP by March 10th 2018.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please click on the "RSVP" tab and enter your name exactly as seen on the invitation. Your name will serve as the password. From there you can select your options.

Can I invite extra guests?

Unfortunately, no.

Why are there no meal choices?

Answer

We will be serving a family-style 8 course meal that will consist of Asian fusion dishes. If you have any dietary restrictions or concerns please let Susie and Willis know.

How big is the venue?

Answer

The venue includes about 34 acres. We will not be fully utilizing all of it, but there are different parts of the venue that serve as the chapel, cocktail hour area (koi garden), reception (main lawn) and dancing (barn). There will be a little bit of walking.

Is there a smoking area?

Answer

There is a designated smoking area beside the restroom. Please ask staff to direct you there. Please do not smoke outside of the designated area.

Is there a gifts registry?

Answer

We do have a registry but as many of you know Willis and I have been cohabiting for years and have everything we need. :) If you do wish to contribute, you can do so under the "Registry" tab and either select a predetermined Honeymoon contribution, or a General contribution. We greatly appreciate all and any gifts!
