What is the easiest way to get to and from Blue Dress Barn?

Answer

Glad you asked! We have planned to provide Uber vouchers to provide transportation to and from your lodging to the wedding venue., as long as it's within 5 miles. The vouchers will also be available to and from The Livery Pub (welcome party) Each voucher will be good for up to $25. Guests are responsible for any remaining balance.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Absolutely! There is free parking on site less than 50 feet from the main entrance of the venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors with AC/Heat available. Early October, weather tends to be 70's during the day and temperatures may drop to 60's in the evening. Please bring a light sweater or shall and dress accordingly.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but you deserve a night out! This wedding is for those 16 and over. The only exception we have made is the Grooms nieces and nephews. Thank you for understanding!

What kind of dinner will be served?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style service! Meat, pasta and veggie choices. We will have appetizers served by catering staff during cocktail hour! Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm and we will be seated for dinner at 6pm.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We will ensure there are vegetarian and vegan options! Please reach out to Susie (708-846-4869) or Junior (708-548-4094) with any questions or accommodation requests.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will have a variety of spirits, beers, wine, soft drinks and water starting after the ceremony @4:30. Please note per our contract with the bartending services, shots WILL NOT be served. We ask you please respect this per our vendor. Thank you!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, but photo opportunities will be available starting at cocktail hour and throughout the evening. There will also be a photobooth available per our DJ!
