Is there a dress code?

The dress code is garden cocktail/semi-formal. The event will take place outside in our backyard and un non paved surfaces.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are happy to help coordinate wedding carpools for those flying in. For those who are more local, if you are willing to provide transportation please let us know.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have been intentional in working with our caterer to craft a meal that will be suitable for most. Please note, there is not a vegan main course. There are gluten free and vegetarian selections. The meal is family style and not plated. Please contact us if you have a serious allergy that we should be aware of.

We are looking for friendly helping hands! Below is a list of a few areas we are looking for assistance. Please contact us if you are able to help with the following: -Coordinate Transportation: Due to the remote location of our property, we could use help coordinating transportation for guests who are coming in from out of town. -Assist with Parking: We will likely need a friend to help direct parking, ensuring everyone can easily find a spot without any hassle. -Help with Clean-Up: After the festivities, having a few extra hands to help with clean-up will be a huge help. This includes gathering decorations, and general tidying. -Bring Musical Talents: If you are musically inclined please reach out to us and consider bringing your instruments. If you have an instrument you're willing to bring to share please let us know.
