Flight

Nashville International Airport

Nashville will be the closest airport if you are flying in for the wedding. It is about 1 hour from Five Star. If you can, try to coordinate flights with other guests so that you can share a rental car. You can also look at Memphis International Airport, but the drive to Five Star will be closer to 3 hours.

Hotel

Fairfield Inn & Suites Dickson

There are several hotels in Dickson that would provide comfortable stays close to the venue. We have blocked some rooms at this Fairfield Inn & Suites and secured a discounted rate. Please make sure to book at least 2 weeks in advance and use the "view" link below in order to receive the discount. You can also look into Airbnb's and VRBO's in the area. *Transport with be provided via shuttle van from Fairfield Inn & Suites to Five Star Retreat on Friday and Saturday (exact schedule to come)*

Shuttle from Fairfield Inn & Suites to Five Star Retreat - Friday

October 10, 2025 12:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Transport will be provided via shuttle van from Fairfield Inn and Suites to Five Star Retreat on Friday and Saturday approximately every 45 minutes. We are using two 14 passenger vans and an additional single round trip of a 22 passenger mini-coach at peak times. On Friday, the shuttle service will begin at approximately 12:15 pm and run back and forth through 4:45 and then do return trips to the hotel at 8:30, 9:15, and 10 pm. The seating is first come, first served. A schedule will be posted at the front desk of the hotel and at the lodge of Five Star Retreat.

Shuttle From Fairfield Inn & Suites to Five Star Retreat - Saturday

October 11, 2025 1:15 pm - 10:15 pm

Shuttle Service Transport will be provided via shuttle van from Fairfield Inn and Suites to Five Star Retreat on Friday and Saturday approximately every 45 minutes. We are using two 14 passenger vans and an additional single round trip of a 22 passenger mini-coach at peak times. On Saturday, the shuttle service will take guests to the wedding at approximately 1:15 and 1:30 and will return to the hotel at 8:00, 8:45, 9:30, and 10:15. The seating is first come, first served. A schedule will be posted at the front desk of the hotel and at the lodge of Five Star Retreat.
