We will begin receiving guests at 4:00 pm. The outdoor ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:30 pm.

Yes, please let us know any major allergies asap so our caterer can accommodate (text at 646-923-3658). We have also included vegetarian options during the cocktail hour appetizers and dinner buffet service.

Question

What info is needed to book in the hotel block? Any cancellation policy?

Answer

Reservations in the block work like standard individual reservations. They will require a credit card on file to hold the room, but the card will not be charged until check-in. There would be no cancellation fee for canceled rooms outside of 48 hours of arrival. However, if canceled within 48 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee will be charged.
