Weir Getting Married!

Just like all modern love stories, Reid and Susannah met on the dating app, Tinder, in October 2021. They spoke for a few days and decided they should go on a date. Since Reid was still new to the area, Susannah suggested they meet at Gould’s Inlet for a late-night beach hang. They stayed up and talked about anything and everything for hours.

Susannah and Reid had been talking about wanting to be engaged and married for a long time before Reid finally popped the question on December 19, 2022. Reid woke up extra early to prepare breakfast, while Susannah snoozed the morning away. Once Susannah woke up to the delicious smell of bacon, Reid knew his plan was about to be a go. Reid told Susannah he was bringing her breakfast in bed (which is something sweet that Reid would do anyways, so Susannah thought nothing of it). Reid placed the breakfast board down in front of Susannah and there in the corner sat the most beautiful engagement ring. Reid got down on one knee and officially asked Susannah to marry him. Susannah was speechless for a few moments and she tried to hold back the tears, which we all know didn’t work! Susannah, elatedly said yes and the rest is history!
