Question

How do I find the boathouse?

Answer

We recommend taking the B,Q, or S train to the Prospect Park station for the shortest walk through the park, entering from Ocean Ave and Lincoln Rd. near Flatbush Ave (see map.) For the greatest convenience, we recommend taking a taxi or uber to the park entrance at Ocean Ave & Lincoln Rd. For guests with cars, there will be a parking lot on Willnik Drive, also shown in the map above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 6pm. Ceremony will begin shortly after arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our ceremony & reception formal evening dress is required, black tie is optional.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 5th, 2026 (the earlier the better) so we can give our venue a proper headcount for catering.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a plus one is not specified in your invitation and you'd like to bring an additional guest, please notify us before March 5th. We cannot guarantee capacity for all plus ones but will do our best to accomodate with advanced notice.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please note any allergies and restrictions in your RSVP and we will accommodate.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a small welcome dinner for out-of-town family the night prior, as well as an after party following our reception at Sharlene's Bar. See schedule page for details.
