Wedding Transportation - Please RSVP

We want you to enjoy every minute of the wedding and stay safe! Our wedding venue is about 30 minutes north of Boulder on a winding road. You are welcome to drive - there is plenty of onsite parking -- but please note there is no overnight parking and Uber / Lyft / taxis do not pick up at this venue (although some will drop off). We are happy to provide bus transportation for anyone who prefers not to drive. Buses will leave the Courtyard by Marriott in east Boulder (4710 Pearl E Cir, Boulder, CO 80301) at 2:45 pm on Sunday. After the reception, buses will be departing Planet Bluegrass at 9:00pm (early birds😊) and 10:15pm (revelers). The buses will return you to the Marriott in Boulder. Once in Boulder you can Uber/Lyft/Taxi to your final accommodations if you are not staying at the hotel. Please note there is no parking for non-hotel guests.

We're delighted to welcome you to our wedding celebration! All festivities will be held at Planet Bluegrass. We are planning on an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting), please check the weather and be prepared to be outside! Our ceremony will be on grass, flat shoes recommended. Our reception will be held in a heated pavilion. We will provide transportation to and from Planet Bluegrass for anyone who wants a ride! Please RSVP if you would like a spot, you will find additional details under the 'Transportation' event. For those of you who will provide your own transportation, please plan to leave the venue by 10pm (no overnight parking is permitted). If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to park overnight please make sure to pick up your car by 9am the next day.
