Flight
The easiest and fastest way to reach Palermo from the U.S. is to fly into Rome (Fiumicino Airport - FCO) and then take a connecting flight to Palermo Airport (PMO). While there are flights from other European cities directly into Palermo, routing through Rome tends to be the most reliable and convenient option.
Travel Note
We will be staying in the historic center of Palermo. This area is full of charm, rich history, and everything you’ll need—restaurants, cafes, landmarks, and more—within walking distance. We will be sharing a curated list of recommended hotels and B&Bs in late August, so please check back here for our suggestions before booking your stay.
Travel Note
Palermo is very walkable, especially in the historic center where we’ll be based. For trips outside the city center (to Mondello Beach, our Wedding Venue, or airport transfers), Uber is available throughout Palermo, along with taxis and local rideshare services. We can’t wait to see you in Sicily!
