We know this is a destination for many of our guests, so we hope you use our wedding weekend as an excuse to explore the great outdoors of the area!

Things To Do

Bike, walk, or run along this scenic 5.5 mile waterfront trail. Explore waterfront gardens, go boating, or enjoy a picnic with views of Cayuga Lake.

Cayuga Waterfront Trail

An easy 2 mile round trip walk to the most beautiful waterfall in Ithaca. You can also just drive to the lookout. This is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Ithaca and it will definitely WOW you!

Taughannock Falls State Park

The Gorge Trail is moderate to difficult (all uphill), and about 1.5 miles! It's worth it for the views though !

Buttermilk Falls State Park

The Commons are home to many great restaurants! Some of our favorites include Ithaca Ale House, Simeons, Red's Place, Bickering Twins, Thompson and Bleeker Pizza, and Viva Taqueria!

Aurora is home to the home decor brand and has a beautiful property that you can visit, stroll their gardens, tour their grounds + shop at their outlet store!

Visit the tasting room or enjoy a beer on the patio overlooking the lake and vineyards. Located right next to Long Point Winery, Aurora Brewing Co. makes for a nice bike ride from the Inn (or a very short drive!)
