When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 31st, 2024.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that the dress code be formal/semi formal. No jeans and no white dresses please! If you have any questions as to what is considered as semi formal, please don’t hesitate to reach out to either of us!

Can I stay at the lodge?

Answer

The lodge has limited cabins that are available, so lodging will go to the bridal party and family first. Any extra cabins available are first come first serve. Please contact the bride or groom so we can send you the link to book a cabin, or provide you with a list of other lodging options nearby.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. Please arrive by 3:45 so you can ensure that you find a seat and are prompt for the ceremony!

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Answer

Provided the weather allows, there will be 75 reserved seats adjacent to the lower deck. If you do not see your name on a reserved seat, you will be on the upper deck. Rest assured, the view is excellent and we will have microphones. The ceremony will be held inside of the lodge if it rains, and everyone will be seated.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that you refrain from using your cell phones during this time. However, cell phones and pictures are fine for the reception!

Will there be drinks at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a full open bar for all hours of the reception including soda, wine, liquor, beer, juice and water!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Calib and Susannah request that this be an 18 and older event due to the venue’s location and open access to the bar.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All persons invited to the wedding will be listed on your formal invitations. Please reach out to the bride and groom if you have any questions.

What color will the bridal party be wearing?

The bridal party will be wearing burgundy.

What if I have food allergies/sensitivites

Answer

If you have any food allergies or sensitives, please contact the bride and groom by September 1st. There will be gluten free options for the number of guests who request it.
