Great coffee, acai bowls, toasts, and hot mini donuts! Susannah’s fave: the staff eggwich. Will's pick: Acai bowl. Tip: This is for morning people, any arrival after 9-9:30 will require waiting in a long line (it’s TOTALLY worth it though!). Closed on Sunday.
This is a brand new independent bookstore and coffee shop. The owners are fantastic and this has quickly become a favorite spot of Susannah's!
A Raleigh institution. Best known for their amazing vegetarian options, but they offer a full menu of options. We have only ever had the best experiences at Irregardless, and we cannot recommend them enough! The fried brussels sprouts are amazing! Reservations recommended.
This is where we went to meet friends right after we got engaged! We gathered here to celebrate with small plates and drinks. This is a great neighborhood spot where we have a relationship with the bartenders. We can always count on awesome drinks and food. Friday nights can be very busy. There's a great patio to hang out on, but our favorite spot is right at the bar. They will change their frozen cocktails seasonally but they always have great options!
Of the food halls in Raleigh, Transfer is by far our favorite! Benchwarmer bagels offers unique breakfast sandwich options, as well as regular bagels and spreads. Alimentari is the Italian butcher on the end. We love their sandwich options! Will's favorite spot is the empanada place! Get the al pastor or quinoa and sun-dried tomato!
Locally owned ice cream shop! Highly recommend the blackberry hibiscus or sea salt cookie dough!
It’s a chocolate factory. Need we say more?
Beautiful park to walk, run, or hang out at!
Amazing coffee, tea, and vibes. If you go during the daytime, they share their space with a great independent running store.
Really great North Carolina barbecue!
