Both. We will already be legally married prior to this weekend. On Saturday, we'll exchange vows in front of our people and then spend the rest of the weekend celebrating together.
We want everyone to stay at the host hotel so we can share the full experience and keep the weekend flowing seamlessly.
Guest accommodations at The Don CeSar are being coordinated directly through the wedding room block. You do NOT need to contact the hotel or book your room separately. After you RSVP to the wedding weekend, reservations will be arranged on your behalf and the hotel will reach out directly to confirm details and securely collect payment. This ensures all guests receive the correct negotiated rate and are included in the wedding weekend experience.
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is the main airport for the area. You may also consider St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), which is smaller and often a closer drive to St. Pete Beach. The hotel is approximately 30-40 minutes from TPA and 20-30 minutes from PIE, depending on traffic.
Guests are responsible for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Once you arrive, we'll take care of transportation for all scheduled off-site events throughout the weekend.
This weekend has been planned intentionally for those who received an invitation. Please join us only if your name is listed on the digital invitation that you received.

Each event has it's own mood. Attire guidance will be shared in the weekend itinerary so you can dress for the moments we're creating.
