Changes regarding COVID-19

Answer

We want to rest assure to everyone, this venue is completely outside. We are putting in orders and making sure all seating is open. You and your family mean the world to us. We want everyone safe. We also want you to know, we have family and friends with underlying health issues so we definitely do not want anyone to catch anything.

Will the Wedding Ceremony will begin at 4pm?

Answer

Yes... people will start walking down the aisle at 4pm, please make sure you find a seat by then.

Should I bring a mask?

Answer

Yes, please bring a mask. We will have some new ones to put on for the night, but we would much rather you have your own.

How clean is the facility?

Answer

This facility is all outdoors. Sooo other than normal earth dust, it’s very clean. We will make sure to have hand sanitizers around the facility, but bring your own also helps.

Alcohol at location?

Answer

Yess, we will have Beer, wine and champagne. (No hard alcohol allowed at this facility, please DO NOT BRING ANY TO DRINK)

Smoking?

Answer

We will have a room for cigars, but cigarettes and anything else is NOT approved. (NO Weed, weed pens, vap pens or any kind of pens allowed) **this is a property rule... we hope you can understand, we don’t want to be kick out of our own wedding. Thank you! R&S

Outdoor, should I bring a jacket? And what kind of shoes?

Answer

Yes, it is an outside venue. We will be there till 10pm and we are surrounded by trees. If you would like to bring bug spray, please do. It will be warm but it will cool down. Also the ground is half paved and half rocks. A lot off the area is rocks and dirt. Ceremony, Seating and dancing will be on paved floors.

There is parking on-site, 99 parking spaces. If you want to uber or lyft, when going into the facility there is a drop off section for you.

Is this a Non-Traditional wedding?

Can I invite someone?

Answer

If you did not have a guest listed on your invitation, please talk to us. (one guest per person)

Can kids come?

Answer

Yes! If you have a child we know them and would love to have them there to celebrate with us. We have decided to not go with a kids section anymore but know they still will have fun.

Can dogs come?

Answer

No. Due to the facility not allowing dogs other than the two in the wedding. Sorry
