This is where the wedding party will be staying and a number of guests. The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is close to the wedding venue and you should be able to arrange free shuttle bus transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue. There will also be a thank you brunch here on November 5th for all out of town guests who have travelled across the country and world to attend our wedding. If you are an out of town guest and plan on attending the thank you brunch, please indicate your intent on the RSVP page. You will find this event listed as a separate event under the RSVP for the wedding. Please RSVP to this event. If you RSVP "yes" to this event. Please attend the event as we will be paying a price per head and have to give a final head count to the venue a week before the event.

Hotel

Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino

5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd
Chandler, AZ 85226
 (800) 946-4452

This is where a number of wedding guests will be staying. There will also be an informal after party here immediately following the wedding. The Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino is close to the wedding venue and you should be able to arrange free shuttle bus transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue.

Flight

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

I would recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It is close to the wedding venue and hotels. If you are flying in internationally or from out of state, please let us know your flight details and I will try to arrange for someone to pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your hotel. If you are flying in on the Saturday before the wedding (November 3rd), you may want to catch an Uber ($20-$25) as the wedding party will be busy with last minute wedding plans.

Travel Note

Things to Know

The water in Arizona will not kill you but it sure tastes like it will. You are going to want to drink bottled water, and a lot of it! Arizona is very hot with little humidity, so your sweat will evaporate quickly. It is really easy to become dehydrated without know it.
