where to stay

if you are from out of town or just want to be close by we have booked the timbermoose lodge as well as 2 4 bedroom cabin/homes nearby. each room is available for 2 nights total cost $350..ALL BOOKED you can share a room or take the whole thing totally up to you. if you are single and only want a bed... there are several rooms in timbermoose with multiple large bunk beds and one will be dedicated female and the other male. of course the cost will be significantly reduced. all guests are invited to use the facilities at timber moose including hot tub pool ping pong and pool. ******there are no guarantees as to where your room will be located ***** if you decide you want to a room just let us know.

we will have the lodge & the vrbo homes from friday afternoon thru sunday early afternoon. anyone who has already reserved a room and you should know who you are. reminder cost per room for weekend is $350 ALL BOOKED and for 1 night is $150 if you are in a bunk room ( single) then the cost is $50 per night you can pay via venmo or check whichever is easier SUSAN STRAUSS @ SUSANLEE1 1 house will host the berlin clan and the dahms. (chicago/minnesota) 1 house will host jeff/ margie, alan/ debbie, jennie/beau and sherrie/ keith ( the ny clan) bunk room girls 2 nights toby, moment, molly, bobbie 1 night meg, leanne bunk room boys JJ, cruiser, bob, tanner ( 2nights) the lodge 2 nights gail/gary, jc/paul, tasha/jeff, julie/brad 1 night rj/paul, kayley/todd, tiff/brian, bern/missy, andrea/kurt, donna/joe also rv's are welcome and encouraged, karen/reed, rich & donna, cheryl?/?

getting into timber lakes

Ok invitations have gone out and we are almost at the 60 day window.. it is actually getting closer... so.. a few details/ reminders. this mainly applies to those coming from out of town or those spending a night at the lodge timber lakes is a pvt gated community outside of Heber City, Utah and your names will be on a list at the gate. and we will send directions but you can always google timbermoose lodge and get all the info you want...

for those staying for the weekend or an overnight...or anyone who wants to crash on the floor or a couch.... we will provide a light dinner Friday night ( casual) and continental style bkfast will be available sat and sun morning's at timber moose. the pool and hottub will be open for your pleasure friday and early and late saturday and sunday so bring swim suits. there should be towels. reminder these places are not staffed so no one will be there to bring room service or make your bed or provide extra toiletries BRING A BATHING SUIT....... so bring what you need Please... if you have SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS pls lmk advance there will be nonmeat options and plenty of vegetables available. fyi we are serving beer and wine and bubbles ( what the license allows) if you want something other you may want to bring some with. The town of Heber is about a 20 minute drive and they have grocery stores a liquor store and most other things you might need.
