Our wedding will take place at Rubicon Farm on Saturday, January 3rd. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 sharp, followed by a cocktail hour and reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 9:00 pm.
Enjoy cocktail hour with us between the ceremony and reception! There will be great music by “Amanda Acoustic”, drinks, and small bites as we celebrate the start of our “New Year, New Beginning” together. We can’t wait to spend this time with you!
New Year, New Beginnings! We’re skipping the formal dinner and keeping things fun and flexible! You can expect plenty of delicious food, sweet treats, and tasty bites to keep you fueled all night long—along with drinks to keep the celebration flowing. If you have any dietary restrictions or requests, please reach out—we’re happy to help. We are so excited to have our bar service provided by The Happy Horse Beverage Bar! They’ll be serving up a variety of beers, wine, soft drinks, and even hot chocolate to keep everyone cozy. We can’t wait for you to enjoy their service!
We’ll keep the fun rolling with tasty eats from the Pit Shop to fuel you up before we hit the dance floor. Then get ready—“King Curtis” Carpenter will spin party jams and beach tunes to keep us dancing all night long!
This is a laid-back celebration, so skip the fancy stuff! Jeans and boots are totally welcome (bonus points if they’re clean 🤠). No tuxes, no ballgowns, no stress—just wear something comfy and neat that you’ll love laughing, eating, and dancing in all night long! And if you feel like adding a little sparkle for the New Year, New Beginning - we say go for it ✨.

North Carolina weather likes to keep us guessing! January 3rd might feel like spring… or it could be frosty. If we’re lucky with sunshine, the ceremony will be outside. If it’s chilly or questionable, don’t worry—we’ve got a beautiful indoor space right on-site, so the celebration will go on no matter what.
