We got married in March & are celebrating in September!!

When we first started dating, we talked about how we really wanted to find someone who we could sit in rocking chairs with when we’re old geezers, holding hands and still in love. We recently got rocking chairs for our front porch, so we were sitting out front on a beautiful afternoon having a really amazing conversation about our life and our future. Tim asked me if I still really wanted to marry him, and I said of course I do... he took the ring out of his pocket and put it on my finger and said “ok so here you go!” I was completely shocked!! Mainly because the ring had been in “lockdown” at the jewelers during the quarantine. I had no idea how he could have even gotten the ring!! Tim had contacted the jewelry store manager and after they went through hoops, were able to do a curbside pickup!

We got married with a small number of immediate family on Long Beach Island, NJ
