Hyatt Regency Westlake

This hotel is located 10 minutes from the wedding venue, & approximately 60-90 minutes north of LAX airport. In an effort to have as many of our guests stay together as possible, we have reserved a block of rooms at a group rate of $189/night, which is valid Thursday through Sunday. If you want to avoid renting a car, there is also a paid shuttle option from the airport that can be arranged. Ubers should be available to take guests to the venue, & after the reception, a shuttle will be provided to bring guests back to the hotel, where we will keep the party going. Palm Garden Hotel

Rooms in the Hyatt block are filling up fast and they don't have any additional rooms we can add, so we've blocked some rooms at a couple of other nice hotels near the wedding venue. Here's how you can make reservations for Friday and/or Saturday night for $139.00 or $159.00 plus tax (based on room type)! 1) Call the Front Desk Reservation Line at 805-716-4200 2) Request to make a reservation under your block name (listed at the top of this agreement) for Williams-Hurley Wedding date(s). 3) Provide name, contact information, billing information, and email for a confirmation. Palm Garden Hotel is located about 9 minutes down the road from the Hyatt and approximately 11 minutes from the wedding venue. They just finished a brand new remodel so the rooms should be very nice. Parking is also complimentary.

Best Western Posada Royale Hotel & Suites

To offer plenty of room choices here's another nice hotel very near the wedding venue. Book your rooms for $139.00 or $159.00 (depending on room type) for Friday and/or Saturday by calling their front desk at (805)584-6300 and mention the Williams/Hurley wedding. They also have a rate of $119/$139 (depending on room type) for Sunday through Thursday. The Posada Royale is located in Simi Valley, which is a little farther from the Hyatt at about 14 minutes, but it is closer to the wedding venue at about 7 minutes.

Flight

LAX

LAX airport is the closest major airport to the wedding venue - about 60-90 minutes away depending on traffic. If possible, try to avoid arriving during rush hour, unless you want to truly experience all that the infamous 405 freeway has to offer. If you prefer flying in to smaller airports the Burbank Bob Hope Airport is about an hour away from the Hyatt, so you could check rates for flights there as well.
