To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However the deadline is October 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Yes! There is a hotel right on site. We have situated a room block with the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton, Steeles Ave East, Brampton, at a fantastic rate for our guests. Please see travel page for details!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within your RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! There will be two bars set up in the space both of which are serving alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
