A long LONG time ago, Justin & Nicole became friends! Many many High School/college hijinks (some which go down in infamy) lead to great times and amazing (if fuzzy) memories! Nicole then graduated WMU and headed off to Chicago for a decade, and Justin graduated WMU and stayed in Grand Rapids (with a brief stop back in Texas). Once Covid hit, Nicole spent time back in Michigan with friends & family (along with blueberry picking) and decided to move back home to GR & say goodbye to the city. Nicole then found Justin on Bumble and swiped! They both still had each other’s numbers saved in their respective phones from decades before! Plans to meet up and reconnect and see each others houses lead to having even more fun together. A “real” first date at Leo’s (where a certain wallet was forgotten) cemented the feelings that they both had for each other, and they have been together ever since. Merging their friends, families & houses side by side as well as navigating life’s challenges have only brought the two of them closer together. Not to mention Beans sure loves his new “Da-da!” Justin surprised Nicole on February 16th on one knee at their home and asked her to spend the rest of their lives together! They cannot wait to celebrate together with their family and friends!
