We kindly ask guests to arrive by 2:45pm, as the festivities begin promptly at 3:00pm.
We understand it can be warm in August, so while we encourage formal attire, we also want you to be comfortable. Opt for lightweight fabrics such as linen or light wool and choose lighter colors to stay cool. Men might consider a short-sleeved dress shirt with a blazer, and women might select a sleeveless or short-sleeved dress. Comfortable, breathable footwear will also help you look and feel your best.
To ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we kindly request that only guests explicitly listed in the online RSVP form attend. Thank you for understanding as we work to keep our celebration intimate and meaningful.
We love kids, but due to limited space, we are keeping our celebration mostly adults-only. Only children who are specifically named in the RSVP are invited. We appreciate your understanding!
We have secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey Area, located at 604 Station Road, Grantville, PA 17028, for the nights of August 16th and 17th, 2024. To reserve a room, please call 717-469-0661 and mention the Radosky-Baird Wedding to receive a discounted rate. **Please note:** Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you arrive on Sunday, you will need to park at the hotel and take the shuttle to the wedding. You can check in to your room after the event.
Dinner will be served buffet-style, so we may not be able to accommodate food allergies on the day of the event. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Yes! There is ample parking available at the venue for all guests. Guests staying at the hotel within our room block as well as those staying at other nearby hotels will receive an Uber voucher to arrange their own transportation, if preferred. Uber voucher link: https://r.uber.com/rdsdhkwpykz
We are planning for the ceremony to be held outdoors. There is an indoor back up location in the case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour will take place both inside and outside, and the reception will be indoors.
There will be an open bar featuring beer and spiked seltzers. Additionally, signature cocktails will be available to order.
We’re having an unplugged wedding ceremony! Please put away your phones and cameras and enjoy the moment with us. Feel free to soak in the sights, sounds, and feels—your presence and your smiles are all we need to make our day unforgettable. We can’t wait to share these precious moments with you!
