3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The big event! Guest pickup for the ceremony will be provided via Elite Transportation shuttles and will begin at the TRYP Hotel at 2:15 pm, followed by guest pickup at The Industrialist Hotel shortly after. Arrival at the ceremony is estimated to be 2:45 pm. Parking is also provided starting at 2:30 pm along S Bellefield Ave. After the ceremony ends, the shuttle will first take guests back to the TRYP Hotel. There will be a second trip to The Industrialist Hotel at 4:25 pm, after formal family portraits.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Guest pickup for cocktail hour is 5:15 pm at the TRYP Hotel and 5:30 pm for The Industrialist Hotel. Cocktail hour will be held in the outdoor Rose Garden. All the Aviary habitats will be open for visitation! Additionally, two avian visitors will join us for a short time for photo opportunities, and then dinner to follow indoors. Several shuttle return trips from the reception to the hotels are provided starting at 10:30 pm. Please see the "Travel" section for more details.
