Wedding Venue - Legacy Stables & Events

The wedding ceremony and reception will be at Legacy Stables & Events located at 4151 Thomasville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. The ceremony will take place at The Grace Barn at 4 pm. A cocktail hour outside this location and reception in the adjoining Cate's Ballroom will follow.

Hotel

Fairfield Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

We have reserved a discounted block of rooms at this hotel, which is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the wedding venue. The special group rate can be used to book any nights between Wednesday, June 18, 2025 through Sunday, June 22, 2025. To book, please use the reservation link by click the View button below or call (336) 714-3000 to book under the event name "Sumners Wedding." Please book by Monday, May 19, 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate. Alternatively, there are several additional hotels located in the same Hanes Mall area.

Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO)

The Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) is our closest airport. Located in Greensboro, NC, the airport is about 30 minutes away from the recommended hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall) as well as the wedding venue. Uber and Lyft both conveniently run between this airport and the hotel. Cars are also available to rent.

Flight

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)

The Charlotte Airport (CLT) is an additional option for travel. This airport is located approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the recommended hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall). Cars are available to rent to travel to the wedding location of Winston-Salem.

Lyft Vouchers

We are offering all guests Uber or Lyft vouchers for travelling purposes to and from the wedding venue. Cars may be left overnight at the venue and picked up the following day via a ride from these vouchers as well.
