No! You don't need a passport. You just need a Real ID to travel for your flight.

Suggested travel dates are between Thursday September 18th thru Monday September 22nd. If you are booking under the room block at the La Concha, there is a minimum booking of 2 nights. You can extend your stay by contacting the Stephen Rodriguez from the reservations team at strodriguez@condadocollection.com. If you are not booking under the room block you may choose whatever dates fit best with your travel plans. The wedding is on Saturday September 20th, so it is suggested you get in at least the day before on the 19th.

Answer

Average room block rates at the La Concha range from $314 per night to $324 per night (with additional fees and taxes - approx. $347 to $358 per night). A minimum of 2 night stay non-refundable deposit is required when booking under the room block. Indicate in the RSVP section of this site if you would like to be apart of the room block and an email will be sent post RSVP containing further detail. The deposit will be non-refundable.

Answer

To get a room block under a discounted rate, the entirety of your stay is guaranteed by the wedding couple. If you don't show, the entirety of your reservation falls on the wedding couple to cover your stay. It is best to be certain before booking your reservation that you will stay at the host hotel. The deposit is non-refundable and a 2 nights stay minimum is required for all wedding guests.

For any changes to your reservations, please contact Stephen Rodriguez at strodriguez@condadocollection.com, or call 787-721-7500 and ask to speak to Stephen. If he is unavailable via phone, reach out to him via email and he will get back to you as soon as he can. Please do not speak to any other reservation staff, even if they offer to help, as they will not know the details of the room block and will cause confusion.

Yes you can, however you will not be able to get the discounted rate that would be under the room block.

No. No shuttle buses from the hotel will be provided nor will there be arranged travel by the wedding party. Guests will have to arrange transportation on their own. Uber and Lyft are available in San Juan and the host hotel is only an 11 min drive from the airport.

No. While we love the kiddos, no children under 18 are invited to this event. This will be an all adult wedding.
