We're saying "I do!"

We met during our first year of law school when we were placed in the same 1L section and had every class together. We were even assigned as partners for a negotiation exercise in our second semester. We started dating after a mutual friend encouraged us to hang out at a party after our end of the year finals. We've been together ever since.

We took a walk through Lincoln park and discovered a beautiful lily pond next to the Zoo. Unfortunately, Kaitlin forgot her Fitbit so the next day, we walked back to the pond to see how far of a walk it was. When we arrived, the area was empty so we sat down on the stone benches to look over the pond. Suddenly, Ian pulled out a ring and said "Bear, I think we should get married. Will you marry me?" Of course Kaitlin said yes.
