Hello All! Here is an outline of what our Wedding Weekend will look like.
Please note that for any time not coordinated with an event...it is assumed that all guests will be partying and having a great time.
Thursday:
3:00 pm: Check into Villa Chavez
3:30 pm: Welcome Party/Meal Presented by Chef Tez
4:00 pm - 12:00 am: Party at Villa Chavez
Friday:
Morning (time TBD): Girls and Guys Do Fun Wedding Party Things
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Party at Villa Chavez
4:30 pm: Leave for Rehearsal Dinner
5:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Rehearsal Dinner on Boat
9:00 pm - 12:00 am: Party at Villa Chavez
Saturday:
WEDDING DAY!
5:00 pm: Wedding
6:00 pm - 12:00 am: Dinner/Party/All That Fun Stuff
Sunday:
10:00 am: Brunch by Chef Tez
1:00 pm: Check out of Villa Chavez
