When should I RSVP? is there a deadline?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible by heading to the "RSVP" tab and following the instructions to completion. The official RSVP deadline is August 25, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will automatically be marked as not attending.

Where Should I Stay?

Thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! Please visit the Hotels tab of our website to view hotels near the venue and our designated room block at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Visit each hotel link to check availability and book a room.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the Factory on Barclay no later than 4:15 p.m. to allow ample time to settle in and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! The Factory provides a parking lot with up to 50 spaces. In addition there are several surface lots available within walking distance as well as non-metered street parking. If you are staying at a nearby hotel, we recommend taking a quick Uber to the venue.

can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on your invitation. We ask that only those listed on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Please dress in elevated cocktail attire. For ladies, think midi-length or floor length dresses. Gentlemen should opt for a suit or a nice button-up shirt with dress pants. Please, no jeans/denim!

can i take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent during our ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We will have a professional photographer there to capture the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to capture photos and videos of your night!

Are my children invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited to the event.

I have a food allergy, will there be something for me to eat?

Answer

Yes! Accommodations will be made for any allergies. When RSVPing, please note any allergens our caterer should be aware of.
